Separable does not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. It does not set traditional browser cookies.

Functional preferences

If you choose a light, dark or automatic theme, that choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. In Safari, dismissing the Reader information notice is remembered for 180 days. These preferences are stored only after you make the corresponding choice. They are not used to identify you or follow you across websites, and you can remove them by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.

Technical traffic data

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and hosted on a privately maintained server. When the site is requested, Cloudflare processes technical traffic data such as IP addresses and routing information for delivery, performance and security. The web server keeps limited technical access and error logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. Server logs are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 days.

Legal basis and service provider

Technical traffic data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in providing, securing and maintaining the website. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a service provider for traffic delivery and security and may process data internationally under its applicable data-protection safeguards.
